We are seeking experienced Salespeople to join our team. Competitive Base Salary plus Commission. Unlimited earning potential.


As an Outside Sales Representative at Redhammer Roof Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' first impressions. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and upholding high ethical standards in all your interactions and communications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maximize customer relations and maintain high ethical standards
  • Achieve revenue targets by following up on leads, attending estimates, and submitting contracts promptly
  • Promptly follow up with provided leads.
  • Independently generate new leads.
  • Not mandatory to engage in canvassing activities.
  • Attend company sales training sessions and meetings to ensure sales ratio success
  • Document all roof and property conditions and update CRM per company procedures
  • Ensure working with ideal clients and upsell by selling value, not price
  • Maintain gross profit by ensuring current material and labor pricing, protecting against cost escalations, and assembling a production package
  • Develop market share by forwarding leads, inviting reviews, performing account development meetings, and networking with industry professionals
  • Provide timely project knowledge and communication with the Sales Manager, Production Manager, and/or Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience (+3 years) as an account manager or sales representative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with industry-specific sales techniques and best practices
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full Time
  • Base salary $50,000 - $150,000 based on experience.
